Sealing Dharma Jacquard textile paint on canvas shoes?

I purchased a pair of white canvas shoes that I am planning on hand painting with Dharma Jacquard Textile paint. I feel comfortable with the masking and painting process but I don’t know if they will need to be sealed?

I assume that they should given that they are shoes and will get some decent wear and tear from general use. What products have you found success with in the past?

(This is my first time customizing a pair of shoes and any tips are welcome!)
