Herthon Secundus showing no active helldivers?

This planet seems to be glitched out for me in a big way. Every area is showing zero divers. Consensus, Penscewt, and eagles likeness are all greyed out, I cannot select them whatsoever. It seems the only way for me to dive with others is in the quick play option.

I have no active operations on any other planet, I’ve closed the game down, I’ve reset my console, I came back a day later, I’ve dived perfectly fine on other planets both in and outside of the illuminate faction.

Does anybody have any advice on how to “reset” this planet, so to speak? As of right now I can’t host any games with other divers which leads me open to network connection issues when I quick play. Thank you in advance.
