Too many rocks

Anyone else find that there are just too many rocks to deal with in this game?

Always so quick to max out my inventory, I wish there was a way to not automatically pick them up when I am mining. I often have to just leave them strewn on the ground everywhere which is unsightly.

Also- I wish we could see the name of a thing when picking something up. Mainly - flowers. It’s hard for me to tell them apart visually (and there are so many!) so I have to pick one up then check my inventory to find out the name. If it’s not the one I need, I drop it. Just seems very inefficient.
