When TikTok is fixed, should we reupload?

I posted earlier, zero likes or views. I made it private and uploaded a completely different video, same issue but this time I've left it up.

My question is, when the problems are (eventually) resolved, should I just upload both of them again? I usually get 10-70K and it's just stopped.
