Do any insurance companies actually cover no show/ late cancellations? (BC)

I practice as an RMT in BC and I get my fair share of no shows/ late cancellations. A colleague keeps telling me to direct bill their insurance instead of charging their credit card on file, which I don’t because I’m pretty sure it’s fraud for all insurance companies. But does anyone know if there is an insurance company that covers no shows in BC? I have heard a few times that there is one but I can’t seem to find info on which one it is.
