30G - what are my options for sticky lift cups?

I’m a 30G in EU sizing - too big to go braless in a sundress, they just look like weird sandbags.

I need some subtle lift. I have various dresses with spaghetti straps, no back, and keyholes. Bras are a nightmare for this scenario. I’ve tried boob tape that somehow both unpeels/falls down and refuses to unstick it self from my areolas.

I’m thinking something like the silicone “bunny ears” but I don’t even know where to begin, all the models are like A cups. What are other big chested folks doing?
