Recommendations for hotel with outoor hot tub and dietary friendly room service menu?

I would like to relax in a hotel room for a few days, soak in a hot tub, eat comfort food in my pyjamas, order a PPV, turn off my cell phone, that sort of thing.

I'm having a hard time finding a hotel that suits both my want for an outdoor hot tub and my dietary requirements.

I've been researching for days and I can't find any menus that have ample selection of meals that are BOTH gluten AND dairy free. I've looked at the room service menus for: The Pan Pacific, The Fairmont Waterfront, the Paradox Hotel, The JW Marriott Parq, the Coast Coal Harbour, and L'Hermitage, plus some others... Maybe I'm just picky, but I'm not finding any viable menus with a decent variety of meals suitable for an extended stay.

Before I start reaching out to consierges at the above hotels to confirm availabilty of substitutions and such, I'm just wondering if anybody has reccomendations for hotels with an outdoor hot tub and good GF/DF room service items?

All suggestions are gratefully appreciated. I was specifically looking at downtown because I figured that'd be my best option but honestly I'll go anywhere in the lower mainland at this point.
