Is thinking my girlfriend is conspiring against me a sign to pause speed?

Been thinking she's in a conspiracy to manipulate me and make me content with a bad situation so I stay with her but I didn't have this issue before speed, I made it up when I started a higher dose. SHOULD I STOP??
