Friday morning, coffee brewing, counting down the last stretch before the weekend. Grad school is still pretending it owns my free time, and work in health/data informatics means I spend a lot of my day buried in dashboards and spreadsheets.

I’m married and life is generally steady. But I’ve realized I miss having that easygoing bromance kind of connection with someone — the type where conversation comes naturally. Someone you can text random memes to, talk about life or work with, debate horror movies, or occasionally disappear for a spontaneous weekend adventure.

Nothing dramatic — just a genuine connection with someone who shows up, enjoys conversation, and is also open to letting something develop naturally instead of forcing it.

Outside of work and school, I’m usually paddle boarding (when Arizona isn’t trying to melt us), traveling (CA / FL / MI), wandering museums, checking out festivals, watching horror movies, doing candid photography, exploring abandoned places, or grabbing dinner after a long workday.
