120/70/17F & 140/60/17R on 3.5 & 4.5inch rims?

Long story short I ordered expensive rims and did not double check the size.

120 70 17 & 140 60 17 are my max size without running into issues. CRF250L sumo conversion.

Could I get away with this combo?
