Round Up Rodeo or 50s Prime Time?

Going to WDW in October and I am looking into a sit down restaurant. I cannot decide between these two. I would like to know which one y'all would recommend in terms of atmosphere and food? We like the options on the menu but just want to hear your thoughts since we can only pick one for budget purposes. Thanks!
