2 different sounds coming from car

I have a 2019 toyota rav4 60k miles. Had my suspension redone after my car spun 90 degrees from an accident. I also had my brakes and rotors replaced because on one of them the caliper would stick when I released my foot off the brake cause it to wear done quicker and to the point rotors would making clicking sounds from cooling and expanding from how hot they would get. Also replaced brake fluid. All of this was done within the last year and half.

Thats just the context. Now these past few months, whenever I go over a dip or like in a garage where the slant meets the flat and I am braking and going straight going slow like 8mph but not too slow or too fast. In that very specific scenario, it makes a crunch/low pitched couch sound( not sure how to describe it, cant get it on vid). It doesnt happen when I am turning while braking on the dips. It doesnt happen if I am not braking and just going over dips like normal. I tried pushing down from the corners of my car and no sounds then.

The 2nd sound is a single clunk whenever I turn slowly into a parking spot and I reverse and realign the car. But this doesnt happen always. This one is a bit more random. Doesnt happen when I reverse into a parking spot.

Im thinking its 2 different issues. AI tells me everything from struts, to bearings, to sway bar, control arm bushings, steering shaft, cv joint wear, bent brake dush shield, subframe bolts

I am trying to dwindle this list down so that I can cross check what the mechanic will diagnose, so I dont pay for an incorrect diagnosis
