If a buyer leaves me a bad review after I give them a one star, can I get it taken down?

I had a really bad experience with a buyer who lied about the condition of the item to get a refund and then she listed it on her account for way higher than she was originally charged.. I want to leave a bad review but I’m scared she will leave a bad review back and it would really hurt the reputation of my shop.
