What’s the court’s opinion so far?

So I was working with ICA for about two years before the law changed. They’re asking for second payment to my agreed packaged to submit my case to show my intent in applying for citizenship before the law changed, but I’ve been delaying it because its $3,600 plus court fees, and I want know what the courts have been deciding on similar cases. I would be submitted in Palermo.

How much of a gamble is this? Will I just be throwing my money away if I try? I’ve already accepted that I lost the other $3600 that I’ve initially paid ICA.

Have there been cases where the courts granted exceptions for people who have documented intent under the old law before the law changed?
