Plur

So I recently got both xum and plur, and was planning on taking 3 of the plur tonight. When I tried the sample pack of xum I realized how sensitive I was to xum, not to the point of visuals but felt like I was right there lol. Any advice to look out for with plur? Any recommendations to watch also?
