Looking for the next open world game for fiance

So the other day my fiance came to me saying her games she has are “boring and dumb”. Now she obviously loves all her games but she’s got that itch to play something but hasn’t been able to find something New. She loves animal crossing(just started a new island awhile ago), loves loves loves RDR2 has beaten it multiple times, loved BOTW and TOTK as well but hasn’t gotten much else at the moment that catches her attention. So I come to ask for some ideas I can present to her to hopefully give her some well needed game time. She’s not a cozy gamer especially after realizing cozy games are farming and not open world rpgs lol any help would be much appreciated!
