This is a list of every character they could’ve made gay instead of Francesca

And I’m saying this because it’s criminal how they remove the ONLY important story within all 9 books. So here I go:

1. Eloise - And I don’t say this because they made her a feminist and blabla what X says. I say it because how her story with Phillip develops it’s perfect for a Lavender marriage.

2. Violet. - Finding love after the death of the love of her life.

3. Lady Danbury - A strong black female lead. why are you scared???

4. Hyacinth - Hello???? they are already sneaking around?????

5. Cressida - you’ll never convince me she didn’t have feelings for Eloise lol

6. any of penelope sister’s - “insert where?” no need to know!!

7. The black couple they keep putting in our faces i don’t remember their name. Kent i think?

8. Queen Charlotte. Polarizing, I know - because I’m so thankful that we have that season of her and George but having an absent husband with mental health issues would give her freedom enough for this.

9. Daphne and you could make the struggles of not being able to have kids as a lesbian just the same.

10. Any of the workers in Bridgerton House

11. Possy or Rosamund

12. You could slowly introduce gay marriage in Whistledown or in gossip or marriage intros as they do for heterosexual couples as if it’s not the big deal they are making it with Michaela

13. You could give Michael a sister who is a lesbian and then they are the wicked brothers and tell their tales until they find the true love.

14. You could’ve made Violet adopt Possy in the tv show (as they did in the books) and give her a sapphic love. Yes we’ll take an extra season for her.
