Ghosted after scoring a 35 on the CCAT

Had interview with recruiter, went well. she moved to the next stage where it was to take the CCAT test and a personality test. She wrote me afterwards to tell me i scored a top score and she would be in touch. She even sent me a screenshot of my score, and mentioned that she's not supposed to.... but she showed me because i asked and had built a little bit of a relationship with her... anyway, she's recruiting for 6 AE roles, SMB and MM. It's been 10 working days now, and I have not heard back... I've emailed her a couple of times to ask for an update, I even sent her a professional portfolio to share with hiring managers... nothing... I sent her a LinkedIn request and she actually accepted it a couple of days ago. but nothing... what in the world is going on!!? Am i missing something? Is waiting over a couple of weeks the norm for waiting to hear on next steps? Thanks for the insights
