Hysterectomy & anterior repair surgery recovery

I’m 3 weeks post op and still having fresh blood after walking , anyone else having this. I had 1 night in hospital then home before being admitted again for 5 days, ultrasound showed bleed and infection on cuff. Had antibiotics via IV. Felt ok then Very tired today.
