Women’s Heels?

I have very wide, THICK feet. I am in desperate need of heels recommendations. I have a wedding at the end of April, and I cannot find anything to fit my feet.

I have tried Torrid, Lane Bryant, Women Within, Wydr, and all of their extra wide (2E) heels are too small. The main issue is not the width of the shoe (though they could all be wider), but the stretch of the part that goes over the top of my foot. This is common for me - many shoes get stuck on the top of my foot (a combination of my high arch and thick foot).

Currently, the shoes that fit me best are Brooks Ariel GTS 24 and Addiction GTS 15 in 2E and Vans Old Skool sneakers in wide.

Any recommendations are helpful. I am really just looking for a basic, versatile heel since I have many events coming up, and I feel lucky if I can find one shoe that fits.
