really anxious due to BLT restrictions

M19 had my surgery (T8-L5) 5 weeks ago and i'm extremely anxious about the restricions:

my surgeon never told me that i am restricted from BLT or anything, just gave a braces and told me to use it (and i've been always using it!) for 5 weeks.

some days post OP i have readed online that you should avoid BLT as much as possible and since that day i'm really scared to move freely, especially now that my surgeon told me to gradually stop using the braces, idk what even counts as twisting or bending and how can people actually avoid doing them since they are basically necessary everyday😭.

any1 that experienced a similiar situation? is BLT really that serious?
