How can I overcome lust to put myself and my success and my career first?

In the past, women have been a huge motivation for me. To get money, get fit, and be successful. I think I’ve taken it a bit too far though, and the last relationship shook me quite a bit.

I think I need to focus less on women and overcome my lust in this sense. To put the focus on myself and build myself up.
