What is the best steam deck for me?

Hello deckers.

I am a casual gamer. I have a switch I barely use. I have a work PC at home and I don't use for gaming.

I've exhausted the switch for all the games I want to play. I want to play GTA IV, Detroit become human, jedi last survivor, red dead redemption 2. Mafia games. That kind of game, I suppose.

What steam deck is right for me? I'm not interested in buying loads of games. I assume if I buy games I can delete them and redownload them as I see fit? I've an oled screen on the switch so I'd probably prefer that? I don't know.
