Classic Battles vs. First Strike for showing and teaching the game

I would like to have a couple of decks to show the game to some friends and teach them the basics, but I’m not sure which product would be best for that. I think I have the following options:

• The free Welcome Decks (Ira vs. Ira, Bravo vs. Bravo, or Ira vs. Bravo), although they might be too simple.
• First Strike: Terra vs. Aurora
• Classic Battles: Rhinar vs. Dorinthea
• A couple of Blitz precons (which I don’t know how to pair for a fair matchup).
• A couple of Silver Age precons (same problem).
• A couple of CC Armory Deck precons (same problem, and the game might be too long and complex for a first introduction).
• Entirely custom decks.

The idea is for the decks to be simple enough that the player doesn’t get frustrated, but not so simple that the game becomes boring. For example, a friend gave me feedback after someone tried to teach them the game using Rhinar vs. Dorinthea. He told me that playing Rhinar felt frustrating and boring because he only did one thing on his turn, while Dorinthea was doing many things.

Do you have any experience with any of these options? Do you have any suggestions?
