Question about in-game brightness.

Sorry guys, but am I the only one who noticed that the lights in the game are much brighter? I haven't changed any settings on my monitor, but the lights are still almost blinding. I noticed it today, but I don't think it's my PC because everything else seems to be the same. Yesterday I updated Windows and my Nvidia card, so I don't know if that had any impact.

Thanks in advance for your replies.
