Border crossing in Ibrahim Khalil

Hello friends, I have to go to Kurdistan in two weeks. I think the airports will remain closed until then. What is the situation at the border crossing in Ibrahim Khalil? Can I just fly to Dyarbakr and take the bus to Erbil from there? Is there anything I need to bear in mind? Or is it better to fly to Cizire and take a taxi to Zakho from there?
