Why does my urine smell like cheap plastic and my breath taste metallic/chemical?

This might sound weird, but I’m genuinely curious if anyone else has experienced this.

Lately I’ve noticed that my urine has a really strange smell, almost like cheap plastic or something synthetic. At the same time, my breath smells kind of metallic or chemical, even when I brush my teeth.

The weird part is that I otherwise feel normal. I’m drinking water (3L) and doing my usual routine, but the smell and taste are pretty noticeable.

Has anyone experienced something like this before? Is there any common reason why this happens?
