Melted X1C Micro Lidar

I was doing some maintenance on my X1C and happen to notice that part of the printhead looked broken. Upon closer inspection, I realized it was melted. Nearly every one of my prints is using PLA or PETG. I hardly ever print with “high temp” filaments (e.g., PC, PA, etc.). Has this happened to anyone else? I’m quite worried now, despite Bambu reassuring me that “this will not happen again” that something could go horribly wrong when printing overnight or when I’m not home. Do I shrug this off? Chalk it up to wet filament or a dirty print bed? (😜) What do you all think?
