RL Twitch Drops Question

So i have a question. its pretty basic but how are these drops earned? i don't mean the cars, goals, etc. i mean the ones you "open" in game. cause everywhere i look at any announcement the events that happened the past 2 months the official pictures didn't show these in the rewards, so how do i get them?
