When do you all stream? Is daytime streaming okay?

Hey everyone, Quick question for other streamers. I’ve been trying to find a streaming schedule that actually works for me, but I’m struggling a bit with late evening streams. I normally try around 8–9pm, but honestly I’m exhausted by then after work and family stuff. I’m wondering what times people here actually stream and how it works for you?

Specifically: Do any of you stream during the day (morning/afternoon)? Is there actually an audience at those times? Or is it basically required to stream in the evening to grow?

For context, I’m a small streamer and have been streaming for a while.
