Compound Tirzepatide question

Hi! I am a 43 y/o female and approx 138lbs. I take compounded tirzepatide and have been for almost a year now due to numerous health issues. I just remembered that I only got half of a dose last week. Around 4mg(20ish units) and I was on 8mg. I grossly misjudged what was left in my last vial and that’s all that was left. I was supposed to go up to 9.5 (56 units). Is it okay to do the 9.5 tonight or should I go lower this week? I did message my provider but haven’t heard back yet and I don’t want to miss my dose tonight.
