More Pokemon curseforge

I downloaded default Cobblemon with additional mods like mega showdown, trainer mods, pokenav, and others also including quality of life mods. I didn’t know about cobble universe at the time and already made plenty of progress in my world I dont want to lose but I want to have access to every pokemon. if i were to download cobble verse will it affect everything? or is there any mod I can download that won’t lead to anything breaking? I really don’t want to loose my progress but I really want to find a way to have access to every pokemon spawning naturally.
