Android and Cell saga power levels - my estimations

I've made power level estimations - just for fun!

Namek reference:

* Frieza (Full power, Namek): 120 M

* Goku (base): 3 M
* Goku (Kaioken x20): 60 M
* Goku (SSJ - x50): 150 M

* Vegeta (base): 1.4 M

* Piccolo: 1 M

Mecha Frieza Arc (1.5 years later):

* Frieza (Full power, Namek): 120 M
* Mecha Frieza: 100 M
- I think that the mecha version was actually sligtly weaker than Frieza from Namek

* Future Trunks (base) : 2.4 M
* Future Trunks (SSJ - x50): 120 M
- he was still a teen, although trained good by Future Gohan. Frieza was caught of guard - that's why it was so easy for Trunks to beat him

* Goku (base): 3.2 M
* Goku (SSJ - x50): 160 M
- slightly stronger after Yardrat training. He was definitely way stronger than Trunks, Trunks was impressed

* Vegeta (base): 1.2 M
- boost from his cosmic journey

Android Arc (3 years later):

Android 19: (initialy): 75 M
Android 19: (absorbing energy from Goku) 100 M

Android 20: 60 M

* Goku (base): 4.8 M
* Goku (SSJ - x50): 240 M
* Goku (SSJ, heart virus kicking-in): ~ dropping from 240M to 60M
- good progress, but nothing extra-ordinary - Gohan and Piccolo were too weak to push him harder, heart virus affected him badly during the fight with Android 19

* Future Trunks (base) : 2.4 M
* Future Trunks (SSJ - x50): 120 M
- no change here, he didn't have 3 years to train, he was easily beaten by the Androids 17/18, Vegeta and Goku were much stronger that time

Piccolo: 90 M
- he made insane progress thanks to training with Goku

* Vegeta (base): 5.4 M
* Vegeta (SSJ - x50): 270 M
- he was actually stronger than Goku here! His ridiculous training in space and near death experiences gave him great power level

* Android 18: 320 M
- stronger than Vegeta

* Android 17: 360 M
- presumably stronger than 18

* Piccolo (Fused with Kami): 370 M
- stronger than 17 but worse stamina

* Android 16: 420 M
- the strongest of androids

* Imperfect Cell (initially): 260 M
* Imperfect Cell (Humans absorbed): 400 M
- initially he was near Goku/Vegeta SSj level, later he was nearby Android 16

Semi-perfect Cell Arc:

Semi-perfect Cell: 700 M

Vegeta training (5.4 M ---> 6.6 M + SSJ Grade 2 unlocked)
Vegeta (base): 6.6 M
Vegeta (SSJ - x50): 330 M
Vegeta (SSJ Grade 2 - x50 and x3): 990 M

Trunks training (2.4 M ---> 6.0 M + SSJ Grade 2 and SSJ Grade 3 unlocked)
Trunks (base): 6.0 M
Trunks (SSJ - x50): 300 M
Trunks (SSJ Grade 2 - x50 and x3): 900 M
Trunks (SSJ Grade 3 - x50 and x5): 1500 M
- Grade 3 provides huge raw power but very reduced speed

Semi-perfect Cell Arc:

Perfect Cell (vs Vegeta and Trunks, 30% - 50% power): 840M - 1400 M
Perfect Cell (full power): 2800 M
- he noticed that Trunks SSJ Grade 3 is powerful, but Cell was actually still holding back

Goku training (4.8 M ---> 8.0 M + Mastered SSJ unlocked)
Goku (base): 8.0 M
Goku ("theoretical" SSJ - x50): 400 M
Goku ("theoretical" SSJ Grade 2 - x50 and x3): 1200 M
Goku ("theoretical" SSJ Grade 3 - x50 and x5): 2000 M
Goku (Mastered SSJ - x50 and x4): 1600 M
- Mastered SSJ provided power in beetwen Grade 2 and Grade 3 - but no problems with speed and stamina - it was SSJ optimized. Goku never used Grade 3 in a fight.
Staying in SSJ on daily basis gave Goku a huge boost even in base form
Goku's power level impressed even Trunks who achieved 1500M in Grade 3 form

Gohan (base): 7.5 M
Gohan ("theoretical" SSJ - x50): 375 M
Gohan ("theoretical" SSJ Grade 2 - x50 and x3): 1125 M
Gohan ("theoretical" SSJ Grade 3 - x50 and x5): 1875 M
Gohan (Mastered SSJ - x50 and x4.5): 1687.5 M
- while physcialy weaker than Goku, Gohan mastery of SSJ was even better giving him a slight edge on Goku - but was this form alone was still not enought to beat Cell
Staying in SSJ on daily basis gave Gohan a huge boost even in base form

Vegeta second training (6.6 M ---> 7.8 M + no new forms)
Vegeta (base): 7.8 M
Vegeta (SSJ - x50): 390 M
Vegeta (SSJ Grade 2 - x50 and x3): 1170 M
- training alone and overtraining resulted in no new form and not much of progress.
While being physically stronger than Gohan and almost as strong as Goku in base form (7.8M vs 7.5M vs 8.0M) - Gohan's and Goku's Mastered SSJ was far superior form than SSJ Grade 2

Final fight:

Gohan (base): 7.5 M
Gohan ("theoretical" SSJ - x50): 375 M
Gohan ("theoretical" SSJ Grade 2 - x50 and x3): 1125 M
Gohan ("theoretical" SSJ Grade 3 - x50 and x5): 1875 M
Gohan (Mastered SSJ - x50 and x4.5): 1687.5 M
Gohan (SSJ2 - x50 and x10): 3750 M

Perfect Cell (full power): 2800 M
Perfect Cell (vs Goku, 50-60%): 1400 M - 1680 M
Perfect Cell (Grade 3 "Buffed" form): 3500 M - painfully slow and still weaker than Gohan
Ultra-Perfect Cell (after zenkai) - 4000 M
- Ultra-Perfect Cell would actually win Kamehameha battle if Vegeta didn't help Gohan
