AVOID GravaStar - AVOID Headaches

Do not dare to bother with purchasing a gravastar keyboard. I don't care if this doesn't even happen often, but my keyboard was straight up lost in the confusion of a snow storm like 2 weeks back and I haven't had any updates since.

- tried contacting gravastar, they told me to wait another 15 days, as the shipping company is to blame.

- tried reaching out to the carrier/shipping company, they said they hadn't received the product, and deflected to gravastar.

- tried to reach out to gravastar again, was ignored multiple times and the support is fking atrocious.

- lastly, attempted to refund through their support partner company/app/whatever called "seel" and was told I couldn't do shit until March 25th, effectively a MONTH later

Overall? My $130 is floating around somewhere in the country while interest is being collected on it. Avoid this trash ass company.

P.S. order even came with the bs called shipping protection and this "shipping company" called gofo is abysmal. You would think that for $10, gravastar would use UPS or USPS but nah. Cheap company.
