instax mini 40/41 or 99?

hi all, i have an old instax mini 8 that's seeing its final days lately and i would like a new instax camera. im more into the analog feeling so ive been between the mini 40 or the 99. is there any significant difference and which is recommended? cost is not a huge factor for me, i mean in terms of longevity, quality, etc. i like the point and shoot experience. any tips? thanks in advance!
