Tips and Tricks post PEG-J TUBE

Hi yall!

I got my PEG-J tube placed yesterday and it is kicking my butt.

Got the tube placed for severe gastroparesis.

Is there any tips or tricks anyone has for feeding tubes in general or just after post op tips thank you so much!
