I need help, idk what’s reasonable

so my mouse broke (corsair nighsabre) and when I return it I’m gonna get about 140€, now I don’t think I need that expensive of an mouse so I would buy a attack shark x3 for around 30-40€, I also have an budget of 180€. almost a week ago I saw a deal on the AOC Q27G41ZDF and I could get it for 350€, to get money for that I would sell my aoc 144hz ips qhd monitor for something about 100€. so that would leave me with 30€ for headphones because my old ones broke, btw I would need recommendations for that and Idc if they’re wired or not. So let’s get to the point of this post, would that be well spend money? Would it actually improve my setup? Would I notice the cheaper mouse? and are there anything you would know a better alternative for? (I mostly play cs2 and story games like cyberpunk, Witcher etc… so mostly AAA games and my specs are: 5070, r5 7600x and 32gb RAM
