Should I gor for Kimsault if I want a full poise team?

Idk much about Cap Ishmael but I heard she was good too, I have all the other Lineage IDs but I never used them, just the Kurokumo duo for my Bloodfiend team. Also have N Corp Yi Sang and Ryoshu but I don't think they matter here do they?

So far my strongest poise units are Lord Lu, Xi Yunmael, Mao Faust, Pinklair, Si Pack Rodia and Gregor and Index Don with Riensang
