Battle Fury on Jug

Tell me if I'm noob, but I do not get battle Fury on Jug, and when it's done in my games I am absolutely tilted especially when the player keeps it until 45mins + Jug's ult needs attack speed so why not Maelstorm into Mjollnir and why guides are recommending battle Fury ?
