copper iud side effects

hi everyone! i know i made a post yesterday about the insertion and contraction like pains shortly after. now that its been nearly a day after insertion, ive noticed some side effects:

- increased discharge

- spotting

- headaches

- lower back pain

i'm not worried about most, only the increased discharge. it's almost like ovulation discharge but i'm not ovulating. is this from the copper iud? i've never heard anything about discharge. also did anyone else have contractions after getting it put in? i'll be okay then it'll start cramping really bad then it'll stop. i checked my strings this morning, they're still there and i don't think i felt my iud poking out.
