Prime GO / GO+ protective films and covers

Loving this standalone so far, but a couple of silly(?) questions:

• I haven't removed the jogwheel plastics (goofy red tag and all) since it hasn't messed with my user experience and I'm not sure there's any long-term protection I can apply to replace them. Are there third-party jogwheel/screen protectors anyone can recommend?
• The film around the Deck 2 High EQ knob is starting to bubble and peel up. The knob still works fine, but I'm not sure if the Deck 1 and 2 films are supposed to be removed since they don't have tabs like the other protective plastic bits. Are these okay to remove?
