Possible wrong prescription

Hey everyone! I’ve had myopia for a long time and I just went to get a neuro eye exam due to headaches and dizziness.

I noticed that my eye glasses prescription drastically changed. I went to a doctor I don’t usually go to because they do neuro exams.

The sphere in Aug 2025 was -7 and now the sphere is -1.5 ??

How is that possible? I’m thinking it was a clerical error . Has this happened to anyone else?
