Why Hasn’t Embark Fixed the Settings Reset Bug Yet?

It’s ridiculous that Embark Studios still hasn’t fixed the settings reset issue. Every time I log in to play The Finals, I have to set up my graphics and sensitivity all over again. I even changed my crosshair, but when I entered the game it had reverted back to the default one from the game’s launch.

This problem has been going on for a long time, and Embark still doesn’t seem interested in fixing it.
