Fecal Elastase Test - Accuracy?

Question

I had a fecal elastase stool test done. I had to pay about $150 for it and waited weeks for results.

The results shocked me because i got 488 ug/g fecal elastase, which is considered normal.

Now the thing that I'm wondering about is, I normally have very loose stool, but for whatever reason, on this day I took the stool test, it was a perfect, normal, solid stool. Even more on the constipated side. I wondered if I should wait to have another stool to test, but a quick google search told me it doesnt matter, and the fact that I had absolutely no time to do this again in the near future, made me just use that sample for the test.

Now I'm wondering if I would get a different result, or a more accurate result on my more regular loose stool?

PS: 5 years IBS D after Ciproflaxcin > CDIFF. Current symptoms are major urgency, loose stool, abdominal pain, mainly in the middle right under ribs and the left side.
