Does very poor eyesight can make me bypass the military draft ?

I have very poor eyesight, almost blind without glasses, I know the military doctor can filter me out, but heard that sometimes they are forced to fill the list so they might just rush me in.

I am wondering if the medical certificate of having a poor eyesight also counts for not getting drafted or only health certifications count ?
