Anime like Wrong Way to Use Healing Magic? Fantasy with strong willed Protag who works for their strength

I thought this would be like another Isekai slop, but pleasantly surprised how much I enjoyed it. Enough to then go read the manga and catch up. Now while I wait for new chapters, does anyone have any recommendations if you like this series?

What I am looking for: Fantasy world (doesn't have to be isekai), a good natured strong willed protag that earned their strength/skill but still not the strongest or if they have cheat ability they don't immediately become overpowered.

I like the characters in the series. Some being weirdos feels nature and funny. Harem trope is meh to me, but won't mind as long as its not obnoxious.

Some other fantasy that I liked are Faraway Paladin, Frieren, Dan Machi, Goblin slayer, Log Horizon, Konosuba, Delicious in Dungeon, Shangri-La Frontier, etc.

Ones I didn't like Reincarnated as a Slime, Overlord, Redo of Healer, Mushoku Tensei, Tsukimichi Moonlight Fantasy, Wistoria Wand and Sword
