Should I keep going with my sister or end it now

so me and my sister have been together for about 6 months. yeah, i know how that sounds. How it was started that's a very long thing...and doesn't matter posting it here... things were actually really good and chill, we’re super careful.

but now our parents (we’re in mumbai) have suddenly gone into full marriage mode for her. they’re already talking to families, showing her photos and biodata everywhere. it’s stressing me out bad.

we’re both adults, we get how messed up and risky this whole thing is. just real advice from anyone who’s maybe been through something like this or can actually think straight:
