HELP!! (fix for cakey makeup)

hiii please help ya girl out T___T

my makeup keeps becoming cakey lately and i think it's cuz i've recently changed my toner to a different brand since the previous brand i was using is still sold out until now. my makeup always eats before so i know that that's the thing that might've affected my makeup since that's the only thing i changed in my routine

can u guys lmk what routine u do for skin prep before applying makeup? thanks x
