Skin Tags from hemorrhoid

Hey I am a 25 year old female and i have got an external skin tag from hemorrhoid its not painful or anything but I would like to get rid of that.

Too embarrassed to go to a doctor. How do i get rid of it own my own at home. I desperately wanted to get rid of them.
