I was remembering the time I went on vacation to Peru. That time, I had gone out to explore the city, to a quiet bar by myself. Spoiler alert: I ended up completely drunk, and my last memory is taking what a random person told me was GHB. My next memory is snorting a line of cocaine, alone, in the middle of nowhere. I was literally in the middle of a hill, it was late afternoon again, and I had no idea where I was. I didn't even have my phone, and I don't know why I had four credit cards that weren't mine.

I had to walk for about an hour to get to a small town and from there, take a bus to the city, about two hours away. When I arrived, all my friends were worried about me. I had been missing for almost 24 hours.

Once I was able to log back into my accounts, I realized that apparently, I had been going from party to party at strangers' houses. I had over $1,500 in credit card charges, tips, bottles I don't even remember buying, food orders, about $150 in Uber rides, which, by the way, three Uber drivers canceled my rides, and to this day I don't know why, but I apologize to those drivers because I know something very bad must have happened for them to cancel me.

After that, it was all a mess. I had to go to the police station to report my phone as stolen, return the four credit cards, and try to explain to the police that I found those cards lying on the floor, all while I was suffering from one of the worst hangovers of my life.
